.... England. C.J Stryver and Sydney Carton are representing Darnay in this trial. Sydney Carton saves Darnay from death in this trial with his miraculous wits. Through this Darnay is given another chance at life ,and therefore was "recalled to life." The last and most significant instance of someone being "recalled to life" is found in the last chapters of this book. Sydney Carton has recently switched places with his look alike, Darnay, and is awaiting the guillotine. While Sydney awaits his death he thinks, "It is a far, far better thing that I do, then I have ever done, it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known." Through these .....

Yet, although she is apparently isolated from the normal association with the "decent" folk, Hester, having come to terms with her sin, is inwardly reconciled to God and herself. Hester does not isolate herself from the Puritan town; instead, her isolation is inflicted upon her. Hester tries to establish a normal and honest relationship with many of the characters in the story, but sometimes it becomes very difficult. .... Frankenstein encountered during his day. Many people are very against the ideas of creating a human life, except in the ways nature intended. I believe many people would agree that when something of this nature is done many scientists are in over their head. Frankenstein didn't know the creature would turn into this monster and kill others, nor did he know the creature would also be as kind and gentle as well. Frankenstein also didn't consider how society would accept and treat the creature.
