Nowadays, in the present, school not only is a place to learn, it's a place to stress out. As I walk through the halls all students seem to have that academic nervousness. If you listen to the conversations that go on in the hall it's always, "Ohh my gosh, Becky! I'm going to have a fat cow! It seemed as if the kids had a tension span of about 30 seconds before they felt that they must amuse themselves by belittling their teachers. Granted that my cohorts and I were fairly bad, but we looked like church choirboys compared to most to most of the kids that I saw. There defiantly needs to be some . .... all of those years ago, because I had one of those bad kids. My son was not bad; he just needed a little extra help staying on task. I started going to my sons school just to help out a few hours a week, then I realized there where a lot of kids in his class that needed help staying on task. Soon I started going to the school on my lunch hour and any day that I had off work. I means different things to different people. I have visited the university campus twice and each time I have been impressed by the devotion of the faculty to ensure that the student's educational needs are met and surpassed. I perceive that the university is concerned about the educational well-being of its students. This is exemplified by the abundant tutoring opportunities that the university offers. The problem is not that the educational system does not want students to receive good moral values but teaching these values can be complicated because of the diversity among students, the responsibility and the lack of willingness to communicate between teachers and students. Is the American school systems unified in culture and religion? Most Americans would agree that there is a great deal of cultural and religious diversity among the educational system.
